Re: personal injury claim

i am unsure about your question. i am assuming you were injured in an auto accident and have incurred medical bills. if you have "PIP" or personal injury protection coverage on you auto insurance policy, you have the right to submit your bills to your insurer for reimbursement. you should not need an attorney to do this.

you can contact the company directly and request the necessary forms.

i hope this helps. bill featherston

Re: personal injury claim

I am often asked whether a lawyer is necessary to pursue a personal injury claim. The simple answer is this: a personal injury lawyer can almost always obtain a settlement for you higher than what you can get for yourself, even after paying attorney's fees. The reason for this is that the attorney knows how to maximize your recovery by including all possible items of damages to which you may be entitled, while avoiding pitfalls of which you may be unaware. It is my suggestion that you contact me or some other personal injury attorney immediately for assistance with your case. We can discuss what your case is truly "worth" once I have all of the facts.
