Legal Question in Insurance Law in Texas
Property damage to neighbor
During hurricane Ike a tree on my property fell across to neighbor's property. My insurance company advises me that if there is any damage to neighbor's property the neighbor would be responsible for getting it fixed or repaired. Am I responsible in any way?

IF you were responsible, your insurance has to pay...so tell your neighbor to talk to his insurance and they may make your insurance pay but not you
