Legal Question in Insurance Law in Texas
When trying to provide a car for a 19 year old driver and also trying to avoid being successfully sued and losing assetts, is it better to put the car in our son's name, even though we are paying for it? We are paying for the insurance, or does it not matter. Our son is living at home.

that is not a legal question but an insurance question...it is rare to be sued for more than policy limits and also..if your son is responsible...you are not UNLESS you know he is normally negligemt. recklless etc//
