rear end collision
I was hit in the rear end of my car, the person was not paying attention and hit my car in the rear end as I was sitting at a Yeild sign waiting for traffice to disperse before being able to make my turn. the police came and took the report he was sited and ticket at the time I told the officer that my shoulder hiurt but that was it i never seen a dr and now its been almost two weeks and the shoulder is popping and the upper part of my back is really bothering me i called the mans insurance claims adjuster and told him of this in an e-mail because he does not answer my calls i want to go to the emergency room but i am not sure who will pay for this and i do not have the money up front to cover this expense the insured insurance company is having my car repaired as i speak and is covering my rental car but what about the added expenses and what about my discomfort

You need a competent personal injury lawyer to help you. An attorney can get you in to see a qualified doctor, get the doctor to accept a "letter of protection" so that you won't have to pay any money up front, make sure your car is repaired properly, and ensure that you get the compensation you deserve for pain and mental anguish.
