Legal Question in Insurance Law in Texas
i was rear ended
i am trying to find out waht rights i have against the insurance caompany.i was rear-ended and the insurance company says my car i totaled but is trying to say my car is only worth 600 dollars.do i have to accept this or is there something that i can do?

The more information you provide, the better. Get written car quotes for similar cars in your zip code, check with dealerships, online sales companies (such as ebay), and newspaper advertising. Also, if you've had any recent addons to the car (new tires, new transmission, tint, radio, etc.) provide receipts. Sometimes they'll consider it and add a few dollars.
