Legal Question in Insurance Law in Texas
I've recieved a Unattended Hit and Run on 04/04/2007 in the the State of Washington. Pled Quilty, paid 343.00 fine, 1 night city jail. 2yr usupervised probation, Completed 04/04/2009. I've been told I can vacate my case, but have to wait 3yrs from when I completed my sentence which will be 04/04/2012. I'm have a hard time finding a job which involves driving a company vehicle. My question is how long before this stays on my before a company can hire me to drive a company vehicle is it 3yrs or 5yrs from my date of conviction? I currently live in Texas.
