small claims jury trial
can a judge or attorney prohibit a certain word from being said during trial? for instance auto accident trial,insurance refused to pay, no one could say the word insurance,i feel my case was over before it even began

yes..being insured has nothing to do with who is at fault nor what are the damages...and the insurance company is not on trial..but the person they insure is on trial..Did you have a lawyer??
