Legal Question in Insurance Law in Texas
statue limitations
i slipped and fell inside my then employers house while exiting after working on a special project. the injuries caused me to seek medical help and i didnt have any insurance at the time.i have not done anything about collecting or filing anything against him or his homeowners policy and it happened in 8/05.do i still have a right to file a claim or seek injury damages which i still suffer from?? thanks,

If it happened in August of 2005 then the time has lapsed..a lawsuit had to be filed within two years...but you had to prove negigence..and that is usually hard on claims against homeowners...
