Legal Question in Insurance Law in Texas
I am a teacher in Texas I had a bad wreck that was not my fault even indicated in the police report I had bad injuries and was life flighted to Tyler I told the air team to please leave me because I couldn't afford the the flight but they took ne any way I was charged 50,000 dollars my insurance paid 5000 and they have been harassing me for the rest of the payment. They have hurt my credit score and continually harass me about money with phone calls to my personal phone and work phone.

There is a Texas statute that limits liens for ambulances to $1000 as the reasonable charge.
