Texas commercial auto policy
employee spouse and kids driving car owned by spouse employer with permission on personal trip. Employee has fault accident. Can spouse/kids sue employer

I'm not clear from the fact pattern as to who was driving the car. At any rate, it might be possible to sue the employer who lent the car to the driver. I'd have to review the policy to see if there is coverage to be sure.
