Legal Question in Insurance Law in Texas
Are Texas employers who offer health coverage required to offer coverage for in vitro fertilization?

I read that Texas SB 541 is somewhat of a loophole for employers so they don't have to offer the coverage. I'm very confused.

Practical answer is to file a declaratory Judgment action which should get your attorney fees paid if you are successful to declare that coverage exists under the H & A policy.
