Legal Question in Insurance Law in Texas
In Texas, neighbor's tree encroaching on neighbor's property
My huge oak tree sprawls over roof of next door neighbor's roof. Am I responsible for pruning from above their room soas to avoid mildew and damages from fallen limbs? If damages occur, who is responsible for payment of damages?

In my opinion you or your insurance is responsible. Call your agent,there may be coverage to remove the danger..
