Legal Question in Insurance Law in Texas
texas workers comp
i signed dwc 24 benefit agreemnet to get back pay that states the wrist was compensable and the cervical and carpal tunnel wasn't caused by the compensable injury.it has nothing about pre exisiting carpal tunnel can this be compensable if aggravated by the compensable injury.
