Is there such thing as (defined Insurer) Relating to home insurance.My wife isn\'t on policy. There saying she maybe a defined insurer and want to give an Examination Under Oath

You must be making a claim for payment of a loss..call a competent lawyer before giving a statement under oath...the insurance company is looking for a way to deny your claim..and yes, they can take statements of all in your home..including your wife..most likely...
