Legal Question in Insurance Law in Texas
My truck was hit in font of a residence & the drivers insurance company totaled the truck but only wants to pay me $9300 for the vehicle when it will cost me $12000 to replace it. My insurance company said they cannot help me because all I have is liability on it. What are my options to get replacement value for the vehicle.Thank you. KH
