Legal Question in Insurance Law in Texas
unpaid insurance claims
I went to the doctor and had amcare insurance. They are no longer around. They left me with over 4,000$ unpaid medical bills. With them going bankrupt is there anyway for me to get them to pay the medical bills that i had insurance for. I thought that is way people had insurance was not to get stuck with 4,000$ in medical bills. Please let me know if there is anything that I can do. Thank you.
