what can we do about an unsefeccent amount offered by an insurcane company?
my mother was involed in an accident, she was unable to work for 2weeks. two days due to an inhury, and the rest due to not having a vechile, and as a cna she needs it. after the clami was put in, the insuracne company wants to pay only a small amount compared to what we think is deserved. what can we do about it. thye have given us only one day to decide if we want the money or the vehicle that is damaged.

Insurance companies often make very low, very unreasonable offers and put very short time limits on them, hoping you will accept the low offer without talking to an attorney.
