Verbal Lease Agreement Texas
Lessee and Lessor had verbal agreement to do a triple net lease. Lessess insured buildings and his property, but no written agreement. Wind destroyed building. Insurance company says no insurable interest in building, so not paying claim Do they have t have written agreement in Texas?

Not necessarily..parol is good for a year..you need to see a lawyer and may have a valid claim
