Legal Question in Insurance Law in Texas
Is a warrent for Texas driving violation legal if the officer wrote down a different first name than on my driver licence? Thank you for yr reply!

You can raise the issue in court but it will not invalidate the warrant. If you have a warrant, you will be arrested if you do not post bond.
