Legal Question in Insurance Law in Texas
My wife bought a condo before we were married. Now some maintenance issues have risen and they refuse to talk to me anymore because I am not on the document since we got married. Do I need a power of attorney or us our marriage license enough to satisfy the association request for power of attorney?

Why don't you simply have your wife call with you on the extension or nearby to put you on the phone? You can also try the marriage license.
