Legal Question in Insurance Law in Texas

I worked for my dads company all,my life. I took care of my step mother for 25 years why my dad worked in another state. I ran his other company’s. My sister became the executor of his estate and my stepmother‘s estate My step mother died and left me as I life Insurance beneficiary that I did not know she had. My sisters lawyer filled out the insurance form that I gave my right up to the 400,000. Lawyer ask me to come sign two paper on my truck and jet ski but never told me I was a beneficiary and they way the papers was held that I signed covered up the page I signed giving up my rights. The life insurance did not tell me I was a beneficiary tillm7;days after I signed the paper. A investigation is being done but my sister and lawyer was deliberately deceiving me The insurance company believes me that I did not know what I signed being I never was told I was a beneficiary What actions can I take on my sister and lawyer.? There is many other illegal acts mynsister has done. Please help me this is making me so sick there is also property thatbwasntakennfrom me

You a number of remedies or funds which you may recover money. They include the administrator's/probate bond, the lawyer, your sister, property held by either the law your or your sister.

Causes of action for fraud, misrepresentation, negligence on the part of the insurance company and not ascertaining the correct beneficiary, or paying the money to the wrong person and not the beneficiary, in failing to verify your disclaimer of an interest in the insurance, or an interest in the estate.
