Legal Question in Insurance Law in Texas
I worked for State Farm Insurance. I was terminated after being accused of using a customers credit card to pay my own insurance. I told them I had no idea I did this. I was forced to write a confession and told it would help me keep my job. I did as they ask, and was terminated. I was never supplied any documentation including the "confession" I was told to write.
Now some 8 months later TDI is doing an investigation and asking for documentation. I went back to State Farm and ask them to provide this to me and they refused. What if any recourse do I have. I am trying to keep my licesnes

Sorry you agreed to do what was not true..am I right? Did you do what they charged? if so, what help is documentation? if not, they may have coerced a falsehood...
