Book royalties

Are book royalties (written and signed agreements during marriage) community property

after divorce? In other words, will a divorced spouse continue to receive a part of royalties as long as the books are in publication year in and year out?

I would want to see the agreements to advise. Is a divorce imminent? Are you the author?

Texas is a community property state, so the answer is likely going to be affirmative.
