Legal Question in Intellectual Property in Texas
If someone bought me a car but it has been in my name since that day and never been in their name and their name isn't on any of the papers, and i was paying them back but there wasn't any legal agreements or written statements saying i had to pay them back can they take me to court and make me pay 5 thousand dollars the day of court or them take my car?

This is not an intellectual property law question, but rather a matter of contract law. Resubmit in the proper category. I think the answer to your multi-part question is Yes, No and No. Yes they can take you to court, no they can't make you pay $5000 the day of court and no they can't get your car without some sort of proof. However, I am guessing there is another side to this story.
