What is the difference between eviction and vaccation notice, and what are the rules governing both. Lastly, we,ve moved out of a house a month ago and are still getting calls for repairs will I be liable for those repairs?

A Notice to Vacate (3-day notice) is a formal notice of an intent to evict. Eviction is the result of a lawsuit filed after the three days has gone by.

If the repairs were for damage beyond normal wear and tear, then you'll be held responsible for the costs to repair.
