Legal Question in Intellectual Property in Texas
Including links to documents on other websites
Is it a violation of copyright laws to include links to documents on other web sites. No copy of the document would be made - just the link. These documents are generally ''how-to'' instructions for photography and are readily accessible to the public on these external web sites.

Letting others know where to find information is not a copyright violation.
