What happens if you get a judgement filed against you for a lot of money, that you can not possibly attain!

As a Franchise Attorney I can say this. The fact you may not have assets, or a job where wages can be garnished to begin to satisfy the judgment is just a short-term solution. You should look into discharging the judgment through bankruptcy. Consult with a good business or franchise attorney in your area for specific advice.
