Need to kick out roommate, name not on l ease, has not paid rent

My room-mate has not paid rent in the two months she has been here. No mail as been coming to the apt. either. the apt. lease is in my name.I want her out of my apt, but she mentioned if she has been here for 30 days then the apt management has to kick her out. is this true and what are my legal options?

It's your apartment, not hers. Just make sure you have the locks changed after you toss her out.
