Legal Question in Intellectual Property in Texas
i need to know what the law is for a patient that owes a doctor/doctor office money and still wants to be seen?

How is that an intellectual property law question?
Just guessing (not my area of the law) but I think the law is that the patient owes the doctor/doctor office and can go somewhere else to be seen if the doctor decides not to work for free. The patient would, I think, nevertheless be entitled to his/her medical records regardless of whether the doctor/doctor office is paid.
