Legal Question in Intellectual Property in Texas
Is it legal to download images of Disney Pixar characters or other licensed characters and use them to sell products? I see many people selling shirts, invitations, etc. online using licensed characters in their designs. Isn't that copyright infringement?

As a Franchise Attorney I can say this. Yes, it is copyright infringement to use copyrighted characters - unless they have permission (via a paid license) from the copyright owner. Consult with a good intellectual property or franchise attorney in your area for specific advice.
