Legal Question in Intellectual Property in Texas
Can I legally use a xanex bottle in my upcoming book as an image. also along the same lines, is a picture of a tattoos which is a registered trademark like the mortons salt girl with its slogan ok to use as imagery.

Yes on the XANAX bottle image and No on the image of a tatoo of the Morton Salt trademark, absent some unusual facts which do not appear in your post. Your use of either must not be such as to be likely to confuse anyone into thinking there is some association between you and the trademark owner. Suitable disclaimers would help.
