Legal Question in Intellectual Property in Texas
how long do you have to date legal wise
this man and i have been dating for 6 years we opened a ups store and i worked 12 hours a day for 2 years and never took a day off no vacation nothing. now he wants me to quit and after 6 years and moving close to him i think i deserve more than a bye!

The question is, how were the profits divvied up? If profit and loss were evenly divided between you, then you may have a de facto partnership.
However, if he only paid you a salary, or gave you a form 1099 at the end of the year, you've been had.
