Losing Trademark due to Law firm

If I have currently paid someone else to file a trademark can I get someone else to finish it on my behalf if the other firm will not?

It has been three years and I have going through the trademark process and am almost done, when my company runs out of money to finish paying for the mark due to the extremely high prices I was being charged by the original firm.

So that I will not loose the marks all together which have already been approved and awaiting Intent To Use filings - can I hire someone else to finish the job?

Please help?

You can fire your lawyer at any time, however you should pay for all of the work which has been done to date. If all you need is to file a statement of use, you can do that yourself. If you have any problems with the filing I can help you without charge.
