Legal Question in Intellectual Property in Texas
If my patent infrigement (my patent) lawsuit case goes to court, and my lawyer is on a contingency basis, and if we lose the case, I assume I will incur court costs and the opposing attorney fees? Can insurance covering those costs be purchased, such that all I have paid is premiums if I lose the case?

Any attorney will say to check with your attorney about costs, etc. As far as insurance goes, insurance companies don't cover pre-existing conditions, like a lawsuit. Consult with an attorney in your area for specifics.
