patenting in usa
can any indian get registered as a patent agent in USA provided he is a patent agent and lawyer in india?For applying patent to US Indians in USA by an attorney from India.Please clarify and give full details.

You have to take a Patent Attorney exam in USA and on passing the same and on making a prescribed fee, you would be enrolled as a patent agent authorised to practice in USA.

No. You would need to take and pass the US Patent Office attorney/agent licensing exam. Until then you may not legally represent anyone other than yourself before the US Patent and Trademark Office in patent matterss.
