Legal Question in Intellectual Property in Texas
There is a person using a picture of my dogs on her website. This is my photograph. I took it and I don't know how she came by it; but I never gave her permission to use it. I have asked to take it down; but I am sure she won't. What should I do?

As a Franchise Attorney I can say this. Assuming you can prove the photo is yours, you can sue her for copyright infringement. This is not a do-it-yourself project. Consult with a good business or franchise attorney in your area for specific advice.
