Legal Question in Intellectual Property in Texas

Personal property

I sold some custom rims to a friend and there was no contract sign only a verbal contract, and there were witnesses at least 3. What legal rights do I have as far as retrieveing or money owed to me, and if she will not return my property will that constitue as theft.

She'll probably say there were a gift, but you can go to small claims court with witnesses.
