Legal Question in Intellectual Property in Texas
Does a photographer have the right to post/submit images and not credit all professionals involved in making the photo (i.e. makeup artist, hair stylist, wardrobe, etc...)? The shoot was unpaid for all involved in exchange for credit on all published work.

It depends on the agreement between the photographer and the professionals. If there is no written agreement, you may still have a claim against the photographer but it will be your word against that of the photographer.
