Sell a copyright ?
An elderly gentleman has ''self-published'' a book ; about 3,000 copies were printed. He now wants to assign all rights to this book to my daughter so she can publish and sell the book to her benefit. What legal document would accomplish this?

A contract of sale, or of assignment, is all that's required. A copyright is treated as any other personal property.
