Legal Question in Intellectual Property in Texas
Can I sell website templates that incorporate images that are in the public domain (CC0)?
1 Answer from Attorneys
The CC0 license is probaby the best way for you to know that the works in question are unencumbered. Just keep in mind the rights regime that governs the images may not be the same that governs the templates.
