Legal Question in Intellectual Property in Texas
Is an unprotected site considered public property for their use?
Dear Law Gurus,
I have a question that i am unable to answer myself and cannot find the answer anywhere on the internet. Here goes! Is an unprotected site on the internet considered public domain (for study)? If so, email me a link or information on a law or case. Thanks.

Your question seems to ask is an unprotected site protected, which is a nonsense question. So, what do you mean by unprotected?
Keep in mind that copyright is automatic, but registration of the copyright is needed for enforcement and for statutory damages.
