Legal Question in Intellectual Property in Texas

My soon to be ex wife was bought a car by my parents. Hers was totaled and we are in bankruptcy it was tiled in her name only. She had agree to make payments to my parents, but isnt making the full amount agreed apoun. Their was a promisory note written that said she would make the payments, but not sure if she signed it or not. Also have emails stating that she would make full payments. Since the car is in her name only, and not making correct payments that were agreed apoun can the car be reposed.
