Legal Question in International Law in Texas
Trust Deed
I am one of four beneficiaries in my late father's Trust. One of the beneficiaries was appointed as the trustee.(only one trustee at the moment) I do not see any benefit from this trust, and there is no communication between the trustee and myself, so my question is: is it possible for me to be paid out my ''share'' of the trust, or can only the trustee decide. The trustee is the only one that benefits from this trust directly, and how difficult would it be for me to have my share being paid out to me? the country is South-Africa

Re: Trust Deed
If the trust is under South African law, then you will need an attorney there to advise you.
