Legal Question in Employment Law in Texas

About 14 years ago I worked for a temporary agency in Dallas and they sent me to an assignment at warehouse in arlington that stored medical records. I was in my early 20's then. The Supervisor for that project whom I believe also worked for the temp agency would touch me inappropriately and rub against me so I quit without notice and was too embarrassed to report these incidents to anyone. Since then I have slowly withdrawn from my friends, feel uncomfortable around men, and now I have a 1yr old son and I feel that that past experience may affect my relationship with him. I know there is probably a statue of limitations on these type of cases, but was wondering can I still sue the company and pay for counselling. Would they be willing to settle out of court or is there nothing I can do? Thank you.

If it happened 14 years ago, then all of the statutes of limitations have passed. Don't file a lawsuit.
