Legal Question in Employment Law in Texas

Asked to take drug and alcohol test when off I had been drinking and advised them of it. Is it legal for them to tell me I had to go, however I was mad to go and failed alcohol test so what do I do now

Are you talking about for work? Texas is an at-will employment state so you can be fired for anything or nothing as long as it is not illegal discrimination. If you are fired, then you may or may not be able to get unemployment but you should seek it.
