Legal Question in Employment Law in Texas
What right do you have when your assaulted at work and have to defend yourself. The person who started the fight, myself (assualted person) and employees that broke up fight were fired, but everyone was brought back to work except myself and my father.

Did you file charges?
You can try to file a claim for unemployment.
Texas is an "at-will" employment state meaning that as long as the company is not discriminating, you can be fired for any or no reason.
