Legal Question in Employment Law in Texas
Ok so basically i use to work at Darque tan n they fired me because they said i walked out earlie out of my job and they said they cought me on tape but they never let me see the tape and i knw for a fact that i didnt walked out earlie outof my job. Is been a while since this happened. so i just wanted to knw the time frame so if i can stillsue them or no ?

Don't sue a former employer. It isn't worth it.
Not unless it was a $200,000-per-year job and they called you in and said "We just don't like Catholics" or "You're the only woman here, so you're fired" or "We only want white people working here." Your situation and circumstances don't justify a lawsuit, and no lawyer in Texas would take the case on a contingent fee basis.
