Legal Question in Employment Law in Texas
My boss is constantly having trouble paying us on time and he keeps blaming it on the bank. So i called the bank and they said they're systems are running fine and as they should be. Am i allowed as an employee to refuse to come into work until i am compensated, and if so can i be legally terminated for that matter?

The law in Texas is (generally) that an employer can fire you for any reason or for no reason at all. He can fire you for wearing a red tie, or for sneezing, or for saying "hello" instead of "good morning."
The exceptions are that he can't fire you for being Jewish, or being a woman, or being Japanese. These are called "suspect classes." Race, religion, gender, sexual orientation.
You (generally) can't sue him for firing you. And he can't fire you for quitting, even if you quit during a major project.
