is my boss stealing my tips?

Can my boss take a portion of my tips?

We had a large party at the bar i work,

and we made $2000 in tips between 10

employees and our boss only gave us

$1000 split 10 ways. Is it legal for him

to pocket the other $1000?

Your boss has no right to do that. Ask him politely to give you your money and if he refuses, let us know. We handle cases like that all the time7137714775
