Bought company, can I fire people
We have purchased a business, can I fire the managers or employees, if I want
to now manage it, or do I need just cause? I do not want to get stuck with a
workers comp claim.

You can terminate any employee "at will," for any reason you wish, or no reason, as long as you do not breach any contract or do so for a motivation that violates applicable state or federal statutes. You need to discuss this situation with an experienced employment law attorney.
